SHIPPING FAQs

- When my order will be shipped?
We ship Monday - Friday 9 am - 2 pm Pacific Time.
After your order is placed it will be shipped in 1-3 business days if you chose First Class shipping, 1-2 business days if you chose Priority Mail.


- Where do you ship from?
We are located in Bothell, WA, USA.

- Do you ship to the locations outside the United States?
DressMakingSupplies ships merchandise to Canada, select European countries, Australia, Israel and Japan.
Shipments to addresses outside the United States are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. Customers will be liable for paying local sales tax and duty fees. Shipping laws are different in each country. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Please note, we ship Internationally but we reserve the right to refuse shipments to any foreign country.



- What are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

- Can I track my order?
You can track your orders by clicking on "ORDER STATUS" or "MY ACCOUNT" at the bottom of the page.
Please note that tracking numbers for first class mail orders paid with credit cards will not be uploaded. You can request the tracking number by contacting us.


- When my order will be delivered?

After we ship your order (see timeframe above) delivery time depends on Postal Service, Customs (if you live outside the US) and shipping method you chose.


- I haven't received my order yet.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
If an order is refused or returned to DressMakingSupplies due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was undeliverable, DressMakingSupplies reserves the right to retain the original shipping fee, the costs related to the shipment and 25% restocking fee. International shipments are not eligible for refund if the reason is incorrect address, unpaid custom duties, addressee gone away, package was not called for or refused.
If you use PayPal as a payment method please make sure you have a correct shipping address on your PayPal account.
